Transitioning from law school to the law firm environment is a daunting challenge for any student. Fortunately, the lawyers and staff at Gowling Lafleur Henderson in Waterloo Region provided me with the necessary support to make this transition an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Over the course of my summer, I received stimulating and satisfying work from both junior and senior lawyers. All of the lawyers took the time to throroughly explain and make clear what was being asked of me. Building upon this invaluable opportunity, I look forward to returning next year as an articling student.
