We are looking for well-rounded individuals who possess strong academic records and sound judgment. In addition to academic achievement and extra-curricular experience, our group gives preference to individuals who demonstrate the personal values likely to make them compatible members of our Firm. The objective of our interview process is to get to know the student, and to communicate to him or her, the opportunities and challenges we offer.

Salaries for our articling students are competitive with other major Vancouver and national law firms. In addition, our students are covered by an extensive benefit package. The Firm pays the fees for the Professional Legal Training Course ("PLTC") as well as call fees. Students receive their salary while attending PLTC. Our students are encouraged to attend continuing legal education courses and other legal seminars at the firm's expense.
